He is a [[CIC]] operative during the [[Battle of Kobol (TRS)|Battle of Kobol]] and the subsequent boarding of ''Galactica'' by Cylon forces {{TRS|Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part I|Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II|Valley of Darkness}}. He is present when [[William Adama]] assumes command following {{Callsign|Boomer}}'s botched assassination attempt {{TRS|The Farm}}.

He later helps [[Mei Firelli]] bring various cases of updated data modules to [[Felix Gaeta]] in ''Galactica''<nowiki/>'s [[weapons control room]] {{TRS|Pegasus (episode)}}.

He is seen again in the background of the workshop area of the hangar deck, when [[Asha Janik]] is apprehended for sabotage {{TRS|Epiphanies}}. 

Following the events of the [[Second Exodus]], he is in the crew's mess while [[Felix Gaeta]], now a pariah for his involvement with the [[Cylon Occupation Authority]], is visited by {{Callsign|Starbuck}} {{TRS|Collaborators}}. He is behind {{Callsign|Kat}} while she talks to [[Enzo]] in a corridor {{TRS|The Passage}}.

He can be briefly seen behind [[Laura Roslin]] and [[Caprica-Six]] following the events of [[Gaeta's Mutiny]] {{TRS|Deadlock}}.

The Marine is standing in the hatch way behind [[Saul Tigh]] during the [[Quorum of Twelve (TRS)|Quorum of Twelve]]'s visit of an imprisoned [[Laura Roslin]] {{TRS|Fragged}}.

After being present behind a [[Sharon Valerii (Caprica copy)|"Caprica-copy"]] of [[Sharon Valerii]] in the "[[Cylon brig]]" during Commander [[William Adama]]'s visit {{TRS|Flight of the Phoenix}}, he is part of Adama's escort when [[Helena Cain]] arrives aboard {{TRS|Pegasus (episode)}} and later when Adama arrive aboard ''[[Cloud 9]]'' during a hostage situation {{TRS|Sacrifice}}.

The Marine is later part of the [[SAR]] team that returns to [[Caprica (RDM)|Caprica]] to rescue the [[Caprica Resistance]] {{TRS|Lay Down Your Burdens, Part I|Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II}}.

Following the [[Second Exodus]], the Marine is present when Adama receives the [[Medal of Distinction]] {{TRS|Hero}}. 

Following discovery of the [[Algae planet]], the Marine is part of the escort detail that brings {{Callsign|Boomer}}, [[John Cavil]], and [[Gaius Baltar]] aboard for a meeting, and is present when Boomer meets Athena in the hallway {{TRS|The Eye of Jupiter}}. 

He is relegated to escort duty during Adama and Roslin's meeting with [[Xeno Fenner]] during the labor strike {{TRS|Dirty Hands}}.

The Marine later participates in the [[Battle of The Colony]] during the operation to retrieve [[Hera Agathon]] {{TRS|Daybreak, Part I|Daybreak, Part II}}.

Following [[Galen Tyrol]]'s return from [[Kobol (RDM)|Kobol]], the Marine accompanies [[Saul Tigh]], who questions Tyrol in connection with {{Callsign|Boomer}}'s assassination attempt on [[William Adama]]. After Tyrol is cleared, the Marine escorts Valerii (on her left side) during her "perp walk" to the new [[Brig|Cylon brig]] constructed aboard ship, and is present when [[Cally Henderson]] assassinates her {{TRS|Resistance}}.
The Marine later handles the "[[Sharon Valerii (Caprica copy)|Caprica-copy]]" when she is brought to [[CIC]] to neutralize a [[Cylon computer virus]], holding a neck restraint by an extension pole {{TRS|Flight of the Phoenix}}.

Gaeta then tells the others to close the hatch to the room, as they need to talk. The marine is later guarding [[Tom Zarek]]'s cell when Gaeta comes there to conspire with Zarek, indicating that he is a member of [[Gaeta's Mutiny|Gaeta's conspiracy]] {{TRS|A Disquiet Follows My Soul}}.
