This template does not render properly as it as a embedded table within the template which is also a table. can some one fix this but with still retaining the alignments of text.--Lgamser 19:52, 12 October 2006 (CDT)
- Seems to be only IE that spit it out incorrectly. Meh, ill get Shane to have a look at this. --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 02:52, 13 October 2006 (CDT)
Flip this table
I think we need to rearrange template around so that its perhaps wider and shorter instead of long and thin. With all the new DVDs being added to the list its getting taller when it would be much better use of space to make it wider. Theres only ever going to be 3 english language regions but who knows how many more dvd types there will be. This goes for the TOS template too. Open to new ideas for the layout --Mercifull (Talk/Contribs) 07:44, 30 August 2007 (CDT)
- One way would be a matrix with the regions on the Y-axis and the titles on the X-Axis and then mark available sets with an "X" for example. Would look worse than the current table, but use more width.
- Or split the table into two parts and put them next to each other. Basically four columns (title | region | title | region), though it might be better use nested tables so the two halves are separated more clearly. Like this:
- First half | Second half
- title | region | title | region

- Oh, and think about how to include the non-region HD sets. --Pedda 14:38, 14 September 2007 (CDT)
