'''Noel "Narcho" Allison''' is a senior [[Viper Mark VII|Viper]] pilot on the [[Mercury class battlestar|battlestar]] ''[[Pegasus (RDM)|Pegasus]]'', who later transfers to ''[[Galactica (RDM)|Galactica]]'' after the destruction of ''Pegasus'' at the [[Battle of New Caprica]].

He accompanies [[Helena Cain|Admiral Cain]]'s delegation to ''Galactica'', and shows off his 48 kill markers to fellow pilots [[Margaret Edmondson|Racetrack]] and [[Kara Thrace|Starbuck]].

Allison also participates in the briefing about the mysterious Cylon ship, and scoffs at Kara Thrace's suggestion to use the [[Blackbird]] for the forthcoming recon mission on the [[Resurrection Ship|Cylon vessel]] ([[Pegasus (episode)|Pegasus]]).

Allison is later part of the group of ''Pegasus'' alert vipers that launch in response to ''Galactica'' launching her own Vipers. Narcho appears to be the flight leader while their [[CAG]], [[Cole Taylor]], is preparing for the Raptor recon mission.

During the Viper engagement, Allison tangles with ''Galactica'' pilot [[Louanne Katraine|Kat]], though neither fires a shot ([[Resurrection Ship, Part I]]).

After ''Pegasus''&#39;s destruction, he continues as a Viper pilot on ''Galactica'' and participates in the botched training mission that leads to Kara Thrace's removal from flight status by ''Galactica's'' CAG, Lee Adama. He is also present when [[Brendan Costanza]] suggests "[[Athena]]" as [[Sharon Agathon]]'s callsign ([[Torn]]). 

His name is shown among the active pilots on ''Galactica’s'' duty roster in "[[The Passage]]" under recently deceased squadron leader Louanne Katraine.

At one point, Allison vocally announces the fact the Fleet has gone 49 consecutive days without a Cylon encounter. His comment earns a witty retort from Starbuck regarding his flying skills as the pilots enter for their daily mission briefing ([[A Day in the Life]]).

Two weeks after Kara Thrace's death, Allison is present during the daily mission brief conducted by Lee Adama immediately  prior to the Major being taken off flight status and replaced with [[Karl Agathon]] as CAG ([[The Son Also Rises]]).

During [[Lee Adama]]'s retirement party, Allison prompts Adama to hold a speech, combined with a drinking ritual where Adama has to drink a shot of [[ambrosia]] with each toast ([[Six of One]]).

Narcho assists [[Felix Gaeta]] with his [[Gaeta's Mutiny|mutiny aboard ''Galactica'']] by arming a number of civilians with stolen munitions on C-deck. When [[Kara Thrace]] demanded to know why he was in charge, he brusquely told her to evacuate with the others.  After the mutiny is nearly complete, Narcho is flying [[Combat_Air_Patrol|CAP]] with "Hot Dog" Costanza when Gaeta orders him to use deadly force to stop a Raptor heading for the rebel [[basestar]] with [[Laura Roslin]] and [[Gaius Baltar]] ([[The Oath]]).

After Hotdog refuses to fire due to [[Laura Roslin|Roslin]] being onboard on the Raptor, Narcho tries to take the Raptor out with a missile, but misses and hits the baseship instead, causing minimal damage but allowing Roslin to escape.  He is later assigned command of a firing squad ordered to kill [[Admiral Adama]] and shows some reluctance but goes along with it.  Before the execution can be carried out, Adama is rescued by Lee, [[Saul Tigh|Tigh]], [[Caprica-Six]], [[Helo]], Athena and Lieutenant [[Aaron Kelly|Kelly]] and is forced at gunpoint by Tigh to report Adama dead.  Adama convinces the marines to join him in retaking the ship but Narcho refuses stating that while he highly respects Adama, he hates the Cylons and won't serve under someone who won't fight them; Adama orders him tied up. 

After the rebellion is put down, Narcho is presumably incarcerated on the ''[[Astral Queen]]'' with the other mutineers. 

Weeks later, Admiral Adama offers the mutineers their freedom in exchange for participating in what is essentially a suicide mission to rescue Hera Agathon from Cavil's forces.  It is is unknown if Narcho accepts this offer.
