Editing Maga

Maga was the leader of the two other [[Borellian Nomen]] on a [[blood trail]] for the human [[Chameleon]], who pretended to be [[Dmitri|Captain Dmitri]] of the [[Livestock Ship]]. He was the elder of the trio of Nomen, and quite dedicated to the inscrutable life of [[The Code]] (a [[Wikipedia:pastiche|pastiché]] to Middle-Eastern [[Wikipedia:Islam|Islamic]] religions, perhaps?). As with all Nomen, he is not fond of other Humans, and believes that Nomen are the True Humans.

As they proceeded after their prey, [[Taba]] brought dishonor to them by prematurely drawing his [[laser bola]]. Maga excused the actions as excitement and drink, however Taba dishonored him again in the waiting bay of the <i>[[Rising Star (TOS)|Rising Star]]</i>; Maga disowned the young Nomen and permitted the [[Warriors]] to apprehend him. Although sometime after in the vacant waiting area, Maga clarified his reasoning to [[Bora]], who "sought enlightenment".

Maga and Bora, inspired by [[Omega]]'s advertisement for new Colonial [[Warriors]], acted as recruits to get onboard the <i>[[Galactica (TOS)|Galactica]]</i>. After incapacitating [[Lomas|Corporal Lomas]], they managed to spar off with [[Starbuck (TOS)|Starbuck]], whom he believed was alone. However, their prey, Chameleon, managed to fire the [[Viper (TOS)|Viper]]'s lasers into the tube where they had entered. Despite the deadly energy expended, Maga miraculously survived with his accomplice, Bora -- both of whom later joined Taba on the [[Prison Barge]]. ([[The Man with Nine Lives]])

Although not privy to the ideas of [[Baltar (TOS)|Baltar]] when the [[Eastern Alliance]] enforcers were aboard the Barge, Maga listened with interest to the plan. Accepting only after Baltar agreed he wouldn't be their leader, as Baltar's record to date did not "inspire confidence", Maga said that the Nomen would "temporarily die". Baltar, as any person would have, questioned the statement. However, Maga replied: "We do many things to survive, even die."

The Nomen, after returning to their cells, suddenly collapsed one by one. Although the rest were locked up in their cells, Maga sprang to life and, along with the other two Nomen, quickly incapacitated the [[Council Security]] Barge guards. Maga explained to an astonished, flummoxed Baltar that their reflexes has slowed due to their incarceration, but would recover with time.

After taking the shuttle and its pilots, Lieutenants [[Boomer (TOS)|Boomer]] and [[Sheba (TOS)|Sheba]], hostage, they flew to the <i>Galactica</i>. Maga, Baltar, and the two Nomen attempted to make way to the bridge, however were prevented by Captain [[Apollo (TOS)|Apollo]] and Lieutenant Starbuck. Although Baltar attempted to convince [[Adama (TOS)|Adama]] that he would not harm the hostages, Maga thought he was a fool, as did the freed, stereotypical [[Wikipedia:Nazi|Nazi]]-[[Wikipedia:SS Commander|SS Commander]] archetype, [[Leiter|Commandant Leiter]].
