It was active prior to the Cylon War when Caprica was at war with Sagitarron. It served as the site of a meeting between Ben Tanner and Caprican military leaders after his personal robot Isak killed Sagitarron soldiers in defense of his master at the Atkins Transluminal Orbital Manufacturing Facility.
