== Biography ==

Noted for getting anything she wants, Belloby is a hardened woman on the freighter <i>[[Gemini]]</i> who would make the [[Cylons (TOS)|Cylons]] want to turn back home.  She had, much to [[Adama (TOS)|Adama's]] dismay, previously met when they were younger. When the Cylons hulled the [[Agro Ship 9]], thus destroying the crops, the Fleet's representatives ([[Adama (TOS)|Adama]], [[Boomer (TOS)|Boomer]], [[Starbuck (TOS)|Starbuck]], and [[Apollo (TOS)|Apollo]]) needed an unmarked [[energizer]] to trade for agricultural seed. 

Needless to state, Belloby was the only known person to have an unmarked energizer; the unmarked energizer necessary, so that no one would know who they were.

Of course, she would comply… if Adama would court her. Indeed, Adama found the prospect nauseating, but with no other choice he had to accept. After landing on [[Sectar (planet)|Sectar]] and getting to [[Serenity]], Serenity's locals stole her generator from Starbuck and Boomer. After Starbuck had been conned into being Serenity's constable, the Siress found the energizer in a nearby agricultural storehouse.

When the [[Borays]] under [[Nogow|Boss Nogow]]'s command raided Serenity once more, Belloby was taken prisoner.  The quartet of warriors pursued the Borays to their staging camp. After Starbuck makes a risky deal with Nogow -- the Borays can run the town and Nogow could be the constable -- the Colonials received their seed.

Belloby decided to stay on Sectar for what she claims she needs: a real animal. ([[The Magnificent Warriors]])

We can only presume the "real animal" to be Nogow… however Adama found no problem with that, as his sentence of a living death hath been lifted.
