Due to divergences between the primary and alternate reality that {{alt|Apollo|TOS}} and {{alt|Starbuck|TOS}} were flung into, the following are known battlestars that were named in {{comics|memorial}}. 

* ''{{inlineref|Pegasus}}''<ref>The presence of ''Pegasus'' and Apollo's journey aboard her suggest that the [[Battle of Molecay]] either did not occur or had a differing result.</ref>, destroyed by {{alt-r|Baltar}} himself while his aide {{alt-r|Apollo}} had been aboard ({{comics|vol2|5}}). 
* ''{{inlineref|Rycon}}'', {{alt-r|Adama}} served aboard her, but was denied a promotion and thus left the military service. It is presumed destroyed either before or at the Battle of Cimtar ({{comics|vol2|3}}).

''{{inlineref|Galactica}}'' was never commissioned in the alternate reality ({{comics|vol2|3}}), as the divergent alternate reality's creation sprung from an overloaded [[temporal battery]], thus removing ''Galactica'' from all existence in a [[temporal storm]] that only Apollo and Starbuck witness ({{comics|vol2|1}}).

However, ''Galactica'' from the primary reality was transported&mdash;sans crew&mdash;into the alternate reality, becoming an incongruous element. It is discovered by pirates lead by the privateer {{alt-r|Starbuck}}, who claim it as their own. Aboard her, Starbuck's crew of scientists and technicians acquire Cylon components, including an [[Imperious Leader]], devising a variety of anti-Cylon technologies. 

Such discoveries include the defensive [[sensor shield]], rendering ''Galactica'' invisible to Cylon scanning technologies ({{comics|vol2|4}}). 

''Galactica'' becomes the last known battlestar that [[Baltifer]] hunts for and nearly succeeds in finding, resulting in the [[Battle of Cache]]. After the temporally displaced Starbuck influences his alternate, ''Galactica'' becomes the lynchpin that allows not only the [[Colonial Resistance]] to seize its first decisive victory, but to repair history by saving itself from the [[Nebula Ambush]] ({{comics|vol2|5}}).
