Overview
Fragged" picks up where the two parter finishes, with Laura Roslin still imprisonsed aboard Galactica for a failed Mutiny & Commander Adama still in surgery.
Colonel Tigh must meet with the Quorum of Twelve They wish to see the president, and are growing impatient at the colonels unwilligness to cooperate. They believe commander Adama wishes to turn the fleet into a Military Dictatorship, and thus also believe tigh is in on it as well. Zarek takes the political situation to heart to make a power play over the other quorum members.
Tigh attempts to explain the captains decisions, saying adama loved democrary (past tense, a point zarek points out, a point colonel tigh counters with saying he will pull through) They are also angry that the Cylon raptor is missing, and such an asset was allowed to be lost).
President roslin is alone in her jail sell wher a Ellen tigh pays her a visit.
Meanwhile, adama is being operated on by Dr. Cottle, he has removed 1 bullet, but cant find the other one. Complications arise and Dee and Tigh must leave the operating 'room'.
In orbit over Kobol, lee and two raptors are searching for a transponder singal (obviously the raptors that crashed in KLG) They find it (northern hemisphere) and begin to land)

"Frag" is American military slang for intentionally killing a superior officer of your own force in the field. Popularized during Vietnam, when discipline lagged and a few officers got grenades in their bunkers or caught "friendly fire" during a skirmish.
