Anachronistic
editJust as a note, it's not anachronistic so much as aimed elsewhere. Its real intention is technical manuals, particularly the documentation for corresponding GPL software. Such things don't have needs like allowing for fair use inclusions. --CalculatinAvatar 21:23, 26 April 2006 (CDT)
