Create?

Does this deserve an article? They're almost ubiquitous in scifi, so I'm afraid it'd basically be a telephone article. Maybe a brief mention in Galactica (TOS) is all that's required (and this could redirect there). They're mentioned as being knocked out during "Fire in Space", forcing Galactica to rely on its Vipers as its "eyes". --Steelviper 13:16, 18 June 2007 (CDT)

If it's just a two-line article, then no. I'd mention it on the ship page as well. Expanding that article a bit would be good anyways. --Serenity 13:21, 18 June 2007 (CDT)
Sounds good. I plan on completely revamping Galactica (TOS) once I finish going through the rest of the episodes. I'd like it to read/flow a lot more like Galactica (RDM), with more prose, pictures, and fewer bullets. --Steelviper 13:26, 18 June 2007 (CDT)

I just noticed that Scanner already exists. It's pretty extensive too. However, it's more about the computers that display the sensor data instead of the sensors themselves. --Serenity 14:23, 18 June 2007 (CDT)
