Hello there! I am a bot, that checks the URLs on articles and currently reports them to the article talk pages them selfs, if dead links exist. As of this moment, I can not remove the links from the articles, but I have a feeling that I will one day. I am not always perfect in detecting bad links or working links! I run after the database backup to be sure that nothing is lost by accident!
