The Swordfish is a ship in The Fleet. The ship has yet to be seen, but its name was shown on the voting tally board in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II".

- In the real world, a swordfish is a type of fish, the name of several submarines, and a film starring Hugh Jackman, John Travolta, and Halle Berry.
- The USS Swordfish (SS-193), one of the submarines mentioned above, was the first United States submarine to sink a Japanese ship during World War II.
