Promotionial images should not be manipulated at all and I think we should enact a policy that clearly states that all promotionial images released by SciFi/NBC?Universal, can not be manipulated and uploaded in their raw form. Very easy to tell if it's manipulated because most promo images are really large.

Image Cropping Promo Images

Promotional images should not be manipulated at all and I think we should enact a policy that clearly states that all promotional images released by SciFi/NBC Universal, can not be manipulated and must be uploaded in their raw form.
