Senior Admiral in the Colonial fleet, possibly the Chief of Naval Operations. Took personal command of the fleet following the destruction of Picon Fleet Headquarters, placing his/her flag aboard the Battlestar Atlantia, which was subsequently destroyed with all hands.

Note

If the Colonial military follows the US Navy model, technically, Nagala became Fleet Admiral on taking direct command, as did William Adama when he replaced Nagala following the loss of the Atlantia.
