The Battlestar Galactica's last CAG Captain Jackson "Ripper" Spancer was killed in the opening minutes of the Cylon Attack on the Tweleve Colonies. He was replaced by Captain Lee "Apollo" Adama, eldest son of the Galactica's commanding officer William Adama.
