It is not certain the Valeriis actually existed; if they did exist, the question of their humanity is also debated. It is possible that the Cylons implanted the Humano-Cylon Sharon Valerii (Galactica Version) after the destruction of Troy, using the event as a means of subterfuge; ergo, no family, no means of verification.
