Sometime it's unavoidable, but generally we write from an in-universe POV and put real-life references into footnotes or a separate notes section below the main article. Secondly, you should write from a neutral point of view. Please explain to me what is wrong with this page and how to make any page useable. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kittenmaia (talk • contribs).
- It's both the content and style. Content-wise we already have articles like The Twelve Colonies (RDM), Arts and Literature of the Twelve Colonies, Language in the Twelve Colonies or Religion in the Twelve Colonies (RDM) which cover this in far greater detail. Those articles are popular and sometimes of very high quality, so that's where people go when they want to know something about humans in BSG (a similar series exists about the Cylons). In a more general sense there are also science and technological articles like Science in the Re-imagined Series which comes with a whole series of sub-articles about medicine, navigation, propulsion, weapons or computers. Or Themes in Battlestar Galactica (RDM) for a meta-view on themes in the series.
