	That 30 years have passed for the Fleet, could be an effect of relativistic time dilation, which is easily possible if the Fleet spent larger amounts of time at very high sublight speeds. Not that I think the writers really thought of that. The setup is from TOS after all, and the spinoff is set in 1980
