There is no indication the any Valerii ever lived there, let alone existed. I suggest a change to this article (and perhaps others) to reflect this. --Radicaledward 06:23, 9 Aug 2005 (EDT)
About the "Residents" section, I think it looks better to have a paragraph about it rather than a bulleted list, since the only residents we know of are relatives of Sharon. It flows better than saying, "the following is a list of residents" followed by a sentence about the people whose names we have not read yet. --Fang Aili 10:03, 12 September 2005 (EDT)
