== Drinking Game ==
Hi, I just saw you updated the Drinking game.  Nice, I love watching people add and make that thing better.  One thing, though, is that I think the Dr. Cottle one was better beforehand.  Yes, Dr. Cottle is sarcastic, to most of his patients, but the reason that his being witty/annoying towards Starbuck, etc. weren't included on the drinking game is because of the military nature of the show.  He is Major Cottle, after all, and outranks everyone save both Adamas, Col Tigh, Baltar (?), and the President.  He can be a jerk and make fun of people he outranks and it isn't too terrible of an occurance...unprofessional, yes, but not something that would get you in serious trouble immediately.  When he countermands the wishes or insults of someone he outranks, thou, and always to their faces, that is something practically unheard of in military settings, and, thus, especially funny.  Would you consider changing it back, please? Great work, elsewise. - [[User:Keithustus|Keithustus]] 18:59, 26 October 2006 (CDT)

Edit Summaries on Talk Page[edit]

You don't necessarily have to justify your edits on the talk page of the article, especially if you fill out something descriptive in the edit summaries as you go. However, if you haven't left edit summaries, or if you've made some changes you might think will spark discussion, then by all means leave a note on the talk. Usually, though, for minor spelling I just put "minor sp" on the edit summary (or "typo", or whatever), mark it as a minor edit, and roll on.

Nice work, though, and thanks for taking a second to explain what you're working on. --Steelviper 11:28, 8 September 2006 (CDT)

Well, I know I don't need to, but it's one of my little quirks. I have very low grade OCD, and that's just one of the ways it manifests itself --BklynBruzer 22:01, 8 September 2006 (CDT)

My edits[edit]

Wow, uh, I just counted, and I've been a member for maybe 2 months, but I already have over 160 edits! (Not trying to pat myself on the back here) --BklynBruzer 13:01, 3 October 2006 (CDT)

If you counted "manually", in the future you might use this instead. Be sure to innoculate yourself against editcountitis though. It's highly contagious... --Steelviper 13:15, 3 October 2006 (CDT)
Thanks for the link. I didn't know that existed. Also I have it bookmarked now. :) And I'm going to make sure to innoculate myself against editcountitis. --BklynBruzer 13:35, 3 October 2006 (CDT)

My RFA[edit]

Thank you for participating in my RfA, which passed with a tally of 7/0/0. I can't express how much it means to me to become an administrator. I'll work even more and harder to become useful for the community. If you need a helping hand, don't hesitate to contact me. Shane (T - C - E) 20:38, 8 October 2006 (CDT)
