I thought since we have no way to congradulate users who are not admins, but sort of a cool, your work is werlcome, we create a "Barnstar" called the Star of Kobol. Bascily a image of the Star of Kobol (Self Created; Not Made yet) can be placed on the users main page. Star of Kobol "Project"

  5. How will we use the idea? Project based on BW:FA
  6. Should the proposal pass, when will work start on this idea? Could start hashing away now, but should not be active till start of Season 3.
  7. Where will this idea be implemented? (e.g. Will it be on certain types of pages or the entire Wiki in general?) user pages. There have to be something that allows people to add the {{kobalstar nomination}} to other people pages without concenquences.
