Dark Day is a novel written by Edward Prima.
#REDIRECT Arts and Literature of the Twelve Colonies#Dark Day

Given the context of the discussion between William Adama and Laura Roslin, notably her reference to A Murder on Picon, it is likely a mystery (Water).

Roslin considers it to be "one of those classics [she's] never gotten around to reading."  Adama, who had the book in his personal library on thebattlestar Galactica, gave it to her as a gift. She returns it, to Adama's consternation, after the prognosis of her disease sharply worsens (Flight of the Phoenix).
