The Son Also Rises: Present at the briefing given by Apollo where he told Corey that he was being reassigned from Red Squadron to Blue Squadron to which Corey said he was last week to which he apologises and says that Elana was being transferred to Blue Squadron. He was later in his family quarters (where he'd been living since the accident) when Lee came to talk to him, Corey says that he needs to let go of Kara and not hold on like he did for so long. "And you have to let go before someone gets hurt, you're already eighteen days late with it." He was placing a picture of his mum up on the memorial wall when Lee came by and asked why he was doing that to which Corey said that he was letting go, Lee then tells him he needs a hair cut, to which Corey jokes that he's got the best hairdresser aboard the Sargon waiting for him.
Crossroads (Part I & II): Was walking towards his quarters with Elana when they were met by Ensign Amanda "Whisper" Collins, a new recruit to Galactica who was also a friend of Corey's on Caprica as well as a member of the resistance on New Caprica. Amanda explains she was on a shuttle taking her to see her mum on Gemenon when the attacks broke out, she was transferred to Cloud Nine before finding work aboard the Striker, which landed on New Caprica where she fought in the resistance before escaping in the exodus. Corey says that he and her managed to get into a lot of trouble while living on Caprica to which Elana asks if they ever went out to which Amanda says they went out when they were like twelve but broke up a couple of years after. All three were present at the Baltar trial standing to the side. Later on, Corey showed Amanda his Viper and managed to talk Racetrack into letting Amanda fly a CAP to which she agrees, thinking its a mistake to which Corey says that Amanda could run wings around Hotdog and even Lee if he was still flying. He later launched in the Ionian Nebula in his Mark II Viper acknowledging Lee's signal as Viper 12.

Razor: Was temporarily serving off Pegasus, flying a Mark VII Viper with Starbuck and Showboat when they came across the old era Cylon Raiders and crashlanded on the flight deck. He later joined Major Kendra Shaw's team on orders from Commander Lee Adama and Captain Kara Thrace, given his communications skills. Later rescued from the Guardian Basestar after the end of the mission.

He That Believeth In Me: Flew in the Battle of the Ionian Nebula where he was shocked by the destruction of Pyxis and screamed for support to help with the mining ship Harrak under attack after Zephyr's ring was damaged (he was unsuccessful however), he later informed Galactica about the Raiders' retreat and was on the hangar deck when Starbuck made her return to life. He later accidently listened to Colonel Tigh, Chief Tyrol, Anders and Tory's meeting about discovering that they were Cylons to which he kept secret. He later followed Starbuck to the Admiral's Quarters when she planned to hold the president hostage.

Escape Velocity: Was present at Cally Henderson Tyrol's funeral.
Wedge in the Heart: Was told by Admiral Adama to find Michael Junes before he kills his father. Corey and his dad have a fight when it is revealed Corey is listening to Baltar's radio broadcasts in which James says that Corey was dedicated to Ares, Athena, Artemis, Poseidon and Apollo where Corey says mum also had him dedicated to the God who's name is unspoken. James relents when he agreed that maybe Caitlyn was right about Corey being strong-willed and asked him to look after his family if James is killed by Junes. That night, Corey finds out about his father's past association with Junes when Junes enters and kidnaps Corey. Junes releases him shortly after he accidentally shots and kills Elana in front of him (Corey kneed him in the nuts when he fired and hit Elana in the stomach), he calls for a medic but knows its too late. Meanwhile, James surrenders himself to Junes, who takes him off in a Raptor set to be destroyed, saying its the only way for them to be free from their anger. Corey arrives in CIC as he hears Junes shoot James before screaming that he can't control the Raptor before Amanda, Redwing and Beehive destroy it. Adama is later present when Corey goes to see Elana's body in the morgue, Corey says he will protect his family as promised and will let go of his anger now, feeling nothing is left. He breaks down out side the morgue in a corridor near his quarters to which Amanda finds him and says kindly. "Cry until no more, Elana knows that, do it for her okay?" He cries in her chest.
Guess What's Coming to Dinner?: Part of Viper squadron, flying a Mark 2, that were about to attack the Cylon basestar when Demetrius jumped right on top of them. He was also part of the strategy session.

The Hub: He was seen in Roslin's vision aboard Galactica at her bedside with Amanda.
Revelations: He was present at the meeting and pilots briefing and later in his family quarters with Amanda and Matthew when they arrived at Earth. He and Amanda later landed with the others on Earth itself.
Sometimes a Greater Notion: He returned to Galactica and told Elizabeth about what he saw. He was also passing Dualla's quarters when she shot herself. He was in his quarters playing with Matthew when Adama made his promise to find Earth.
A Disquiet Follows My Soul: Corey was in his quarters playing with Matthew when Amanda came in and talked to him about their relationship, to which Corey replies, "Elana wouldn't mind, she's gone, I know that. She'd want me to be happy." Both kiss before she leaves. He was also in the meal room when Gaeta and Kara had a go at each other.
The Oath: Corey was in CIC with reports presented to the executive officer and was watching DRADIS calmly before he was pulled aside by a passing crewman before he asked to go on RnR for a couple of days with Amanda. The Admiral agreed before he left. He, Amanda, Elizabeth and Matthew soon made their way through the ship before being found by three marines under Gaeta's control. After a shootout, Corey went to find Kara while the others went to find Psycho and get off Galactica, he soon found her and Lee and joined them in saving Tigh and Adama before abandoning them later on.
Blood on the Scales: Followed Kara and Lee around Galactica shooting several mutineers with annoyance, later rescued the Cylons and then Adama before entering CIC and assisting in returning control of Galactica back to Adama's command. He was present at Zarek and Gaeta's execution with fear.
A Path of Uncertainty: Was called to Celestra to assist Captain Rewen in fixing their systems from a modified Cylon virus. He soon found it to be Cylon made and then helped them discover the perpetrator was a man who was previously in a relationship with Elana who doesn't know she's dead. He manages to save Timothy Seemer, the third in command but not Captain Rewen and First Officer Jason Doyle from Mitchell Hardgrove, who he tells after capturing him that Elana is dead.
Deadlock: Was part of Starbuck's flight of Vipers, flying a Mark 2 Viper, that captured Raptor 702 and met Ellen Tigh shortly after she left sickbay to which she commented he was different. Corey says that she is still an adulterous bitch, "...just with Cylon brains." and walks off.
Someone to Watch over Me: He is present at the briefings. He later talks to the Final Five (except Anders, whose comatose) about Liam when they hear the song (All Along the Watchtower), Corey comments its connected to the Cylons in some way and it in a way is Cylon enough for his nanotechnology in his body to discover. He and Amanda are walking a corridor when Boomer's jump damages the hull, causing debris to collapse in their area which injures her and pins his legs.
Islanded in a Stream of Stars: He is sitting next to Amanda in sickbay when she awakens from sleeping (for the about the fourth time) when Cottle tells them to get out of sickbay. Corey tells her whats going on at the moment. Amanda says that they will have to abandon Galactica, its the only way. Corey agrees.
Daybreak (Part I & II): Before the fall, Corey is talking to his dad in a restaurant in Caprica City about a chance for his future, commenting on his behaviour at school along with his little girlfriend. Corey says he's listening to which James says he found a job for him on a passenger liner as a cabin boy to the captain, answerable only to the captain, to which Corey says he'll think about it. In Serina, he tells Amanda, who seems angry but they agree that if Corey wants to join the military, he'll need the discipline. At least six months before the attacks, Corey is back on Caprica visiting Amanda to which both plan their futures (it is six months because Corey says Galactica is getting retired in six months). On Galactica, Corey is helping Elizabeth pack their belongings to which Corey comments they don't really have much aside from the beds and table and their clothes and pictures. Elizabeth says she sold most of it in the fleet after James died. He later volunteers to join the mission to save Hera. He leads the marine reserve force on Galactica to defend from invaders (among the defenders are Caprica-Six and Mitchell Hardgrove) in the briefing. During the battle, he and his team (Amanda, five marines and seven volunteers (including Rya, Boxey and Mitchell) are attacked, killing two marines and four volunteers (including Mitchell), the team pulls back to near CIC as the battle winds down. Both Amanda and Corey are in CIC when the Final Five make their memory download that ultimately turned into a disaster and was present in the jump to New Earth. Corey takes Viper 4535 out for one last flight before the end and flies around the fleet before returning to Galactica. He landed on New Earth on the last Raptor and wondered with Amanda, in which both kissed saying they can plan their future now, Elizabeth and Matthew come behind them and laughs.
