| | I discovered ''[[w:Doctor Who|Doctor Who]]'' around 2002 when I first purchased a VHS copy of the [[w:Sixth Doctor|Sixth Doctor]] serial ''[[w:Attack of the Cybermen|Attack of the Cybermen]]''. I actually first stumbled upon ''Doctor Who'' through its [[w:Doctor Who spoofs#The Simpsons (1995-1996, 1998-1999, 2007)|several references]] made in ''[[w:The Simpsons|The Simpsons]]'' and I was immediately intrigued by the story. Since then, my affinity for the show has grown in a variety of ways as well as [[w:User:DoctorWho42/The Other stuff|my edits]] for the [[w:Wikipedia:WikiProject Doctor Who|WikiProject Doctor Who]] (which is pretty much my only reason for edits there these days).
