When to use Neutral, Abstain, and Comment:
- {{neutral}} is a vote, which declares no opinion on the matter at hand.
- {{abstain}} is not a vote. It can be used to recuse yourself from votes in which you are an interested party (such as an RFC brought by or concerning you), or to state an objection if you feel that voting procedure has been violated. It is also automatically used for admins on Leave of Absence.
- {{comment}} is not a vote or abstain but a way to indicate this is a comment relating to the poll taken place.
