Sorry about not setting up my contact email address on [http://moonfire.us/ moonfire.us], I apparently forgot to finish that last little step before the site went live. Oops. :) It works properly now if you have more questions. I already created an entry for the extension on the MediaWiki site, you can find the extension at [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CategoryCloud Extension:CategoryCloud]. It should be fairly clear on how to use it, but the basic is you create a category that is a parent to all the categories you want in the cloud. Then, point to that using:

<pre><category-cloud category="MyTopLevelCategory"></category-cloud></pre>

And from there, everything should work magically. If you have any questions, feel free try contact@moonfire.us, my ISP says it is working properly now (that I set it up).

If Mercifull decides to modify this thing and put it up on BSWiki, the GPL says he has to release his modified version under the GPL as well, meaning he has to publish the source code. Assuming Mercifull has no problem with that, he can just put it up at [[Extension:CategoryCloud]] and be done with it. Hell, he could even copy&paste the Extension:CategoryCloud page from MediaWiki. I don't know of the status here, but I've uploaded a new version of the plugin at the [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CategoryCloud Extension:CategoryCloud] page on MediaWiki. It fixes a couple of bugs and adds a pfunc version. Cheers!
