'''Rocky8311''' has been interested in ''Battlestar Galactica'' ever since playing a little game by BFM Software called "WinBattle", a sort of parody of the show, way back in elementary school.  To his delight, upon gaining access to cable television in High School, this young man discovered ''Battlestar Galactica'' episodes on the SciFi Channel and was immediately taken with its great mix of sci-fi cheesiness and action.

Later, upon gaining entrance to Texas A&M University and thereafter moving off-campus, our hero discovered the new ''Battlestar Galactica'' Mini-series.  Although initially confused and then upset about the mini-series' disenfranchisement of hard-core fans (and mistaking the mini-series for a season premiere, D'oh!), he eventually came to terms with that which he could not change, and came to realize that he felt that the new ''Battlestar Galactica'' very well might be the best show on television, just as the SciFi Channel claims.

Rocky8311's other science fiction interests include '''Firefly''' (and Serenity), '''Stargate''', and '''Star Trek'''.  When he is not pursuing such interests, he '''studies''', '''reads''' the news avidly, and '''involves''' himself at St. Mary's Catholic Student Center in College Station, TX.

Rocky8311 currently resides in fierce anticipation of the Season 2B Premiere.  Suspense!
