For those who wish to request that an article be unlocked for editing by non-administrators, simply tag the '''talk page''' of the article in question with: <code>{{unlock}}</code>.

Once the discussion on whether or not the article should be unprotected, the following should be applied:

* Articles that '''failed''' to be unprotected should have the <code>{{unlock}}</code> tag revised to read: <code>{{unlock|fail=y}}</code>.
* Articles that '''succeeded''' in being unprotected should have the <code>{{unlcok}}</code> tag revised to read: <code>{{unlock|unlocked=y}}.
