| :As I recall, when I named the page, I merely made it so that the words were separate. To be honest, the only on-screen evidence we have is on the dradis display with the abbrieviated form (S-Star). -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 12:53, 1 December 2006 (CST)

| :Adendum: Having read over the Wikipedia talk page, it occurs to me that there is an assumption that just because basestar and battlestar are not separated by spaces logically means that the stealth star must follow. While this might make superficial sense, my issue with the spelling has more to do with how the abbreviation was read on the dradis readout. (And, technically, we should probably name the article "Stealth-Star".) However, let's pose the question to BW:OC and see what the response is on it. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 13:16, 1 December 2006 (CST)

| == Concept? ==
| |
| Perhaps just my own paradolea talking, but does it not appear that the Stealthstar bears a stricking resemblance to the early concept drawinghttp://en.battlestarwiki.org/wiki/Image:Markvii-pa.jpg of the MK VII Viper? If so, should this be mentioned?--TyliumAnalyst 03:47, 14 August 2007 (CDT)
| |
| :Maybe. But as you can see from the screenshot we have, a clear, full view of the fighter was hard to glean in the episode. --Spencerian 08:30, 14 August 2007 (CDT)

| ==New picture of ship==
| |
| In this recently released article about the Viper III in the first large picture you can see the Stealthstar in the background. Its the clearest picture of the ship so far so it could be used in this article. VARGR 15:19, 6 March 2013 (EST)
