Note the marked fall of the third formant in the first vowel. This is a very clear indication of a retroflex approximant {{IPA|ɹ}} sound, which demonstrates to my satisfaction that "Narcho" is what RDM ''said''.

The release of the 2.5 DVDs has given us the opportunity to finally determine the true spelling of the name. It is indeed "Narcho", and he appears to be a Lieutenant, as seen on the picture to the right. The question, however, remains whether he and "Whiplash" are the same character.
