::::::I am Romanian and "inviere" (actually înviere in Romanian orthography) means exactly resurrection. The Resurrection of Christ is called in Romanian "Învierea" - THE resurrection. Being a romance language, the explication is simple: în/in (in, again, from inside out) + viere/vivaere (to live, to be alive).
