Hey! :-) I have the same thoughts as LordHart, although I have no prove to it. Until reading Boxey's bio here, I also thought that Serina wasn't his biological mother. She might have been a legal guardian to the boy, as she called out for him the minute the attacks started and cared for him in the aftermath, but Serina wasn't his mother. Could it be there's another 'canon' in the books than on the show? In the end I agree with Steelviper - it doesn's really matter if she's his biological mom or not.
