==What was that device Roslin and Leoben were using to communicate with the rest of the Fleet?==
Best guess its a part from the Commsystem of Starbucks Viper that was capable of receiving the homing signal from earth, that noone else could receive. We saw Starbuck and Leoben track down the signal on earth so they probably removed it from the Viper and had it with them. Given Starbucks reaction to finding her body and everyone else being told nothing had been found, it imaginable that Leoben simply kept it, as noone else was bothering about it. == 35 Ships ==

I find it hard to believe that Gaeta's quote, 10 ships out of 35 is in reference to the entire fleet. That means half the fleets ships are gone, which doesn't jive with the number of people still alive OR onscreen destructions. If I'm not mistaken we've seen less than 10 ships destroyed on screen (Pixis, the Rising Star and 2-3 others, I think there were 3 lost in The Passage).

Since Gaeta doesn't definitively say anything that would indicate that 35 ships is nothing more than a statistic of some kind, and not necessarily the entire fleet, I'm going to remove that note from the Analysis section unless someone objects.[[User:RUSnooky|RUSnooky]] 04:05, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

:I always assumed a number of ships did not make it off of the surface of new caprica, and this was the reason people were living in the galactica's starboard hangar deck. If this is the case, 35 doesn't seem too few.{{unsigned|Dogspunk}}

An interesting statement by RDM in the podcast for this ep:
"And the end of the Quorum. Really just- I mean, now we're really moving into the endgames of the- endgame of the entire series. I mean- we began the series without a Quorum and we're ending the series without a Quorum. *Done, and thanks for the tip. I wanted you to know that I struggled with NPOV on this one. I am not trying to condemn the Church or disparage the seriousness of allegations against it, or spark a debate here; this is a tragic and complicated issue. I just though it interesting to note the similarity between Colonial culture and ours.
