:absolutely. but in lieu of any other concrete information, what little onscreen info there is and the VFX department's intentions are the only things we have to go on. i think it's a safe assumption that these represent virtual recreations of "real world" planes, unlike things like the dreadnaught and autogyro which are a little more fantastical. but i'm split on the WWII viper, as described by drolet, it seems the WWII plane was designed specifically for V world whereas the AF viper was built with the hopes that it would appear again in subsequent stories and not just as a virtual simulation. we could always split the difference and place all of the virtual and real world aircraft under one heading and leave the specication to the actual pages.
