::The nice thing about the regular transcripts is that there are discrete chunks which can be subdivided. So one approach might be everybody picking an act to work on and knocking that out. That way there's no edit conflicts either (since the acts are divided by separate headers). I wouldn't be opposed to having people do whole transcripts, but having done the ones that I have I know that I'd rather do an act or two a week rather than having to do a whole episode every third week (or however it'd work out).
