In {{TOS-RH|7352}}, Paris entered the {{TOS-RH|Academy}} at the same time as {{TOS-RH|Troy}}. Unlike Troy, Paris was drummed out of the Academy within two {{TOS-RH|week}}s<ref name="p71"/> by {{TOS-RH|Boomer}}, who noted that Paris was more apt to crash a {{TOS-RH|Viper}} than pilot one<ref name="p114">{{cite book/RH|1|114}}</ref> {{RH|Armageddon}}.

Aboard ''[[Agro-3]]'' in 7360, Lieutenant Troy and Ensign [[Dalton]] encounter a small cadre of civilians, who have happened across a then-unidentifiable dead body in a field of [[magna grass]]. They also encounter Chief Paris, who attempts to interfere in their investigation. However, as the cadaver is clearly mutilated beyond recognition, the Warriors declare it a murder, thus making its investigation under their jurisdiction due to the tenants of martial law<ref name="p71">{{cite book/RH|1|71}}</ref>.

Paris later aligns with the ersatz Ambassador [[Puck]], planting a bomb on a transport shuttle berthed aboard ''[[Hephaestus]]''. Encountering Major Boomer aboard in ''Hephaestus''{{'}} lounge, Paris and his cohorts vainly fight against Boomer, not realizing that Boomer's very {{TOS-RH|laser pistol}} is imprinted only for Boomer's use during the fight<ref name="p117">{{cite book/RH|1|117}}</ref>.

Paris is later slain after a shuttle with Major {{TOS-RH|Sheba}} and a contingent of Warriors slams into Paris, before Paris could kill Boomer<ref name="p202">{{cite book/RH|1|202}}</ref> {{RH|Armageddon}}.
