'''Oswyn Eriku''' is the [[Libran]] delegate of the {{RDM|Quorum of Twelve}} following the [[Fall of the Twelve Colonies]]. During the election of the interim Vice President, he voted for Dr. [[Gaius Baltar]] {{TRS|Colonial Day}}.

Following the arrest of President [[Laura Roslin]] and attempted assassination of [[William Adama]], Eriku later joins other representatives lead by [[Tom Zarek]] in journeying to ''[[Galactica (RDM)|Galactica]]'', in order to meet with Colonel [[Saul Tigh]] regarding the disruption of {{RDM|the Fleet}}'s leadership {{TRS|Fragged}}.

Eriku was later part of Gaius Baltar's presidential cabinet and was present when Cylon representatives [[Number Five]], [[Caprica-Six]] and [[Sharon Valerii]] arrived on [[New Caprica]] and boarded [[Colonial One|''Colonial One'']]. He was shocked when Baltar agreed to surrender on behalf of the people of the [[The Twelve Colonies of Kobol]], leading to the four-month occupation by the Cylons {{TRS|Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II}}.

Surviving the occupation and subsequent exodus, he was present at Baltar's trial, seated with fellow Quorum delegates [[Miksa Burian]] and [[Elrad Hunt]] {{TRS|Crossroads, Part II}}.

Eriku continued to serve on the Quorum of Twelve, often seated between the [[Picon Delegate]] and the [[Gemenon Delegate]] directly opposite [[Leland Adama]] during sessions {{TRS|The Ties That Bind|Escape Velocity|Guess What's Coming to Dinner?|Sine Qua Non}}. At one point, he voted in favor of Vice President [[Thomas Zarek]]'s motion to not allow rebel Cylons aboard any civilian ship without permission of said-ship's crew or passenger complement {{TRS|A Disquiet Follows My Soul}}. During [[Gaeta's Mutiny]], he and the rest of the Quorum (except Adama, the Gemenon Delegate and another female delegate) were shot dead on Zarek's order {{TRS|The Oath|Blood on the Scales}}.

* Oswyn Eriku was portrayed by an uncredited extra. Said extra also appeared in the [[Miniseries]] as a security guard who accompanied Chief [[Galen Tyrol]]'s boarding party to [[Ragnar Station]]. Out of all the original Quorum delegates, Eriku is the only one noted for serving in both incarnations of the body.
