Editing Martin

Martin was a Colonial [[Warrior]] of unknown rank (presumably Ensign or Cadet, due to apparent demeanor) marooned on [[Equellus]] after a quarrel with [[Cylon Raider (TOS)|Cylon fighters]] in the [[Hatari]] system; similar to the situation that [[Apollo (TOS)|Apollo]] was later embroiled in several [[yahren]] later. 

Martin was injured, crash landing on the planet; [[Vella]] nursed the Warrior back to health. Vella and Martin fell in love, and from that love both had a child, [[Puppis]]. Vella stated that he was also starting to relax into the life style of an [[oviner]], though Martin apparently never quite managed to get the stars out of his head, for he used to look up at them periodically when alone. (Or so Vella & [[Bootes]] recollected.)

However, upon seeing a [[Cylons (TOS)|Cylon]], whom later came to be known as "[[Red-Eye]]", Martin reportedly went berserk and attempted to kill the Cylon. Red-Eye managed to kill him first (weapon unknown) and appropriated Martin's [[laser pistol]]. ([[The Lost Warrior]])
