Together with Jolly, she selects three cadets for promotion: Cadet Squad Commanders [[Cato (TOS-RH)|Cato]] and [[Marcellus (TOS-RH)|Marcellus]], both second-year students, and [[Freyja (TOS-RH)|Freyja]], a first-year cadet whose exceptional scores warrant her advancement. Hecate commands Red Squadron during the defense of [[Poseidon (TOS-RH)|Poseidon]] against the Chitain assault.
