Sovereign Lord<ref name="p155">{{cite book/RH|1|155}}</ref> '''Gar'Tokk''' is the leader of the {{TOS-RH|Borellian Nomen}} aboard the prison barge ''{{TOS-RH|Icarus}}'' in {{TOS-RH|7360}}<ref name="p43">{{cite book/RH|1|43}}</ref>.

Imprisoned for reasons unspecified along with the only remaining Nomen—totaling 13 persons—Gar'Tokk is described as having a long beard, a mane of dark hair, massive shoulders, and a typical protruding brow of the Nomen, as well as a growing hatred of his predicament<ref name="p43"/>. He relished in killing with his bare hands<ref name="p44">{{cite book/RH|1|44}}</ref>.

In the short time following {{TOS-RH|Adama}}'s death, the disembodied form of {{TOS-RH|Iblis|Count Iblis}} visits Gar'Tokk, offering freedom to both him and his Nomen in exchange for a debt<ref name="p45">{{cite book/RH|1|45}}</ref>. He readily agrees, and after being freed<ref name="p92">{{cite book/RH|1|92}}</ref> Gar'Tokk and his Nomen slaughter the ship's crew and wardens<ref name="p155">{{cite book/RH|1|155}}</ref>. Following this, they extricate ''Icarus'' from the Fleet, and free the human prisoners aboard in order to ensure chaos, leaving Gar'Tokk in command of the ship in its entirety<ref name="p156">{{cite book/RH|1|156}}</ref>.

After {{TOS-RH|Lucifer}} begins his assault on the Fleet, Gar'Tokk repels the interception attempt by two Colonial {{TOS-RH|Viper}}s by ordering their destruction by ''Icarus''{{'}} defensive lasers<ref name="p239-240">{{cite book/RH|1|239-240}}</ref>. As the battle wages on, the disembodied Iblis visits Gar'Tokk, ordering him to repay his debt by destroying the [[Forge ship]] ''{{TOS-RH|Hephaestus}}''<ref name="p269">{{cite book/RH|1|269}}</ref>. Upon discovering the {{TOS-RH|Cylons}} were striking, Gar'Tokk reconsiders his aid to Iblis for he finds the Cylons to be the most disgusting and inferior of races<ref name="p271">{{cite book/RH|1|271}}</ref>. Iblis declares that Gar'Tokk has made a "very dangerous enemy" and that he shall regret it in due time<ref name="p271"/>.

With Lucifer's and Iblis' attempts thwarted, Gar'Tokk and his Nomen surrender ''Icarus'' to the {{TOS-RH|Quorum of Twelve}} and recapture the other human prisoners they had freed. These acts by Gar'Tokk's act spur discussions amongst the Quorum as to how to handle the Nomen in the future, perhaps even allowing them to leave the Fleet for their own homeworld<ref name="p276">{{cite book/RH|1|276}}</ref> {{RH|Armageddon}}.
