Donner was an [[Eastern Alliance]] enforcer that landed on [[Paradeen]] to capture the pilots of the [[Vipers]]. He was subsequently captured and processed to the [[Fleet]]'s [[Prison Barge]] ([[Greetings from Earth]]).  He later escaped with the rest of the Alliance enforcers and the three [[Borellian Nomen]], sans [[Baltar (TOS)|Baltar]], who masterminded the escape. ([[Baltar's Escape]])
