Like what we did with our [[BW:RAZOR]] policy, we should have a policy stating that any material leaked or stolen should not be on the wiki at all and would violate the principle of [[BW:CJ]] since it can't be verified without official confirmation. Also we the wiki and FrakMedia could be liable to suit. This would apply wiki-wide (de,fr,es,etc.,etc.) and even to the media wiki.
