How do I get rid of these frakking ads?
As the Wiki requires financial support in order to operate, the presence of ads is necessary in order to offset costs.
While there are ad blockers that can be purchased or downloaded from the Internet, we ask that you do not use these on the Wiki, since we do obtain revenue from our ads that help pay for our servers and other necessities.
OK, OK, I won't use ad blockers, but how can I help you AND get rid of the frakking ads?!?
We're happy that many of you have asked this question. It's very simple, if you have an username with us, you should consider becoming a paying member.
Basically, for $10 USD a year, you get to surf the Wiki (and our Battlestar Forum, as well) without annoying ads. Oh, and you'll also be entered into our paying membership raffle as well, where you can win some cool prizes.
