Editing Articles of Colonization

Signed 52 years before the [[Cylon Attack]], the Articles of Confederation formed the united government of the [[Twelve Colonies]]. This event was apparently in response to the [[Cylon War]] ([http://blog.scifi.com/battlestar/archives/2005/04/index.html#a000025 RDM, April 11, 2005]).
