The Region 1 Season 3 DVD box set was released on March 18, 2008.

Notable features are a new 70-minute long extended cut of the episode "Unfinished Business", together with a new audio commentary by Ron Moore and the editor. Furthermore, it contains the The Resistance webisodes and a new audio commentary for "Hero" by David Eick, deleted scenes for almost all episodes, as well as Eick's video blogs and all regular podcast commentaries.
