A wrist computron is a portable device carried by Troy and Dillon during their first adventures on the newly-discovered Earth.
The complete features of the wrist computron are not defined. One feature, personal invisibility, is used by Willy to torment a bully, Tucker (Galactica Discovers Earth).
It was also used by Dillon to translate Earth terms he did not understand.
