Ulysses is one of two battlestars that accompany Galactica on their mission to attack the Annihilator's Trinity Base.

En route, Galactica is boarded by a force of Annihilators, who manage to turn Galactica's weapons on one of the two battlestars. It is unknown whether or not Galactica's nuke hit this battlestar or the Cerberus, as neither battlestar's name is matched up to the ships seen in the comic (Battlestar Galactica: Origins 6).
