Required parameters

• The first two arguments are the first and last name of the crew member, respectively.
• The third is RDM, TOS, or 1980, as appropriate.
• The fourth is the date of birth.
• The fifth is the IMDb number of the person. (Searching for the name leads to a page with a URI ending in something like "/nm0167435/"; the numerical portion is the person's IMDb number.)}}
