Additional Information

The Daru Mozu type refinery ships are fleet replenishment tyliers part of the Colonial Auxiliary Fleet, dating back to the First Cylon War. Here, they assisted Battlestar Groups in replenishing the fuel reserves of fleet ships (Blood and Chrome).

Over 40 years later, they are still in service, and at least two of these ships, Daru Mozu, and Hitei Kan, are able to escape with Galactica following the Fall of the Twelve Colonies ("Miniseries"). While escaping the Cylons, these ships refine the Tylium mined by the vessels Monarch, and Majahual.
