Qualai is a small coastal town on Caprica and the birthplace of Graystone Industries scientist Philomon (CAP: "Know Thy Enemy"), and is erroneously noted as William Adama's birthplace in Billy Keikeya's dossier on battlestar Galactica's commander (TRS: "Hero").

The reference to William Adama's hometown being Qualai is derived from the Adama's dossier prop from "Hero." However, both Caprica's "Apotheosis" and Blood and Chrome later cement Adama's birthplace as being in Caprica City.
